Internal gear pump sub-series
What is an Internal Gear pump ?
- The Gear unit consists of a driving gear and a driven gear (pinion). The pinion is fitted to the pinion pin via the pinion brush.
- The center of the pinion is eccentric to the center of the driving gear and a crescent-shaped seperation member is placed between these two gears. When the driving gear connected to the shafts starts to rotate, the pinion rotates on the inside of the crescent-shaped guide via the pinion bush while the driving gear rotates the outside, sending out the liquid which fills in the spaces between the teeth to the discharge port.
